E.C. Lawton is the author of Emerging, book one in The Zoe Eferhild Chronicles, which is her debut series. She writes books about mental health with a magical twist in an easy-to-read fantasy world. E.C. is also a psychology adjunct professor and clinical therapist. When not writing, she can be found nose-deep in a book, adventuring outdoors with her husband, drinking too much coffee, listening to true crime podcasts, and hanging out with her wolf pack.
